One of the most beautiful things about being a photographer is the fact that I am exploring so many different cultures. I am attending weddings of all the world traditions and have that unique chance to document amazing ceremonies and original rituals carried out by people from all around our planet.
Recently I was photographing a wedding of Nafisa and Saeed which took place near the centre of Birmingham City. The event location was situated in Digbeth Hall, and as every Asian wedding, was full of vibrant colours and beautiful decorations. That fact would be always very attractive for photographer. I am able to create very effective pictures with use of variety of colours. I am not saying that white dress wedding pictures are dull, not at all, just to be clear.
Carefully observing and studying the traditional wedding rituals is a key for a photographer in achieving satisfactory results. I have to know what is going to happen at every moment of a ceremony, where to place myself and what parts of the day are the most important and can’t be excluded from a good reportage style wedding photography output.
At the begging I was a bit worried that I may be unable to photograph such different wedding to the ones I’m used to and present an album with the form my client would accept as excellent. However, now I feel much more confident and I am always very happy to take a new challenge and cover every possible wedding. So far I have never had a complain about my Birmingham Wedding Photography and my customers are always very happy and delighted when seeing the pictures for the first time and every time after. There is a real true in those words: The greatest memories of your big day come with photographs. You can invest most of your budget in other things and save on photographer, but those things will be forgotten with time. Pictures will last forever! So I would recommend not to shrink your wedding photography budget too much as this may be the worst decision ever and you can regret it every time you’ll be willing to re-call that most cheerful day of your entire life!!!
